PThe Quality Controller reports to the Quality Manager. The purpose of this position is to ensure the quality and hygiene of the final product, in accordance with company standards and procedures. /ppThe role of Quality Controller involves the following activities: /pullibHSE Standards: /b /liliMaintain order, organization, and cleanliness in all assigned areas, following proper workplace hygiene practices to set an example for others; /liliManage waste disposal processes, including liaising with suppliers, documentation, and tracking systems; /liliSupport the Plant Manager and HSE Manager in monitoring the implementation of effective policies; /liliAssist the HSE Manager in conducting regular risk assessments of the working environment. /li /ulullibQuality Checks: /b /liliPerform controls according to the quality control plan for each product, including during technical interventions and product industrializations, using lab instruments such as scales, calipers, thickness gauges, top load testers, and torque meters; /liliSort defective bottles, contribute to decisions on discarding or keeping batches, and support quality problem evaluations; /li /ulullibProduction Materials Checks: /b /liliInspect incoming materials against quality specifications and verify documentation compliance; /li /ulullibQuality Documents and Reports: /b /liliComplete and verify quality measurement data in appropriate sheets and systems, and report issues promptly; /liliCreate production stock labels; /li /ulullibQuality Control Instruments: /b /liliCalibrate and clean measuring instruments used in production or labs; /liliOperate programs on CMM machines. /li /ulullib5S Standards and Communication: /b /liliEnsure proper information sharing and report relevant issues to the Quality Manager; /liliCommunicate and cooperate with the Quality team to ensure product quality and hygiene; /liliPromote effective communication within the team and with management; /liliEngage with different business functions to foster a high-performance culture. /li /ulpbEducation and Experience: /b /pulliAssociate’s degree or equivalent experience; /liliMinimum of 3 years’ experience in an ISO-certified Quality Lab within a manufacturing company, preferably in the FMCG sector. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
