We are pleased to offer a long-term contract opportunity for an experienced CNC 5-axis machinist to support high-precision manufacturing operations within the composites sector. This role will support a prestigious client based in Modena, Italy.
Role Details
Location: Modena, Italy
Position: CNC 5-Axis Machinist (Siemens / Belotti)
Industry: Composites (tooling and component manufacturing)
Contract Type: Long-term contract
Shift Pattern: 5 on / 2 off, approximately 45 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP (or later in the year)

Requirements
Proven experience operating CNC 5-axis machines
Experience with Siemens control systems (essential)
Experience with Belotti machines (highly desirable)
Strong background working with composite materials and tooling blocks
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD/CAM data
Good understanding of tight tolerances and high-quality standards
Right to work in the EU (no sponsorship available)
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC 5-axis machines
Machine composite materials and tooling blocks to precise specifications
Interpret technical drawings and machining programs
Perform adjustments to ensure accuracy and quality of finished components
Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
