We are looking for an experienced HR Payroll Generalist specialized in personnel administration to strengthen our HR team within a well-structured industrial group. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic production environment and will be responsible for managing administrative activities related to employee management.
Full management of the personnel administrative cycle (administrative onboarding, terminations, contract changes)
Payroll and contributions processing, liaison with external payroll consultants
Employee service desk
Manage leaves, holidays, sick leave, permissions, business trips, and expense reimbursements
Monitor and manage monthly payroll variables
Support salary budgeting, salary review processes, and labor cost analysis
2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments
~ Good command of the English language (B2)
~ Practical knowledge of HR management and payroll software tools (Zucchetti)
~ Experience in HR budget analysis and salary review processes
Familiarity with management software Success Factors
