Partner Delivery Manager
Acts as the primary coordinator, enabler and champion of partner led delivery success using Informatica technology. Cultivates key alliances / partnerships with a discrete list of delivery partners, supporting the positioning, planning and execution of partner services. Defines / understands mutual goals and objectives and builds awareness and support of overall strategic benefits of the alliance. Collaborates X-functionally with sales, partner sales, professional services and customer success to ensure a harmonized customer experience. Oversees delivery on key accounts and collaborates with partners on near- term and long-term customer success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Acts as the primary implementation contact for partners, for support guidance, and advice on customer positioning and delivery
* Active role during sales and presales cycles, working with the Alliances and Sales organisation to select the right partners for customers’ needs
* Engages in customer discussions alongside partners pre and post sales to ensure robust and appropriate delivery plans
* Contributes to, and is an implementor of, the channel business strategy plan in direct alignment with the alliances organisation, representing delivery partners
* Has high standards of data hygiene, ensuring all systems are up to date with progress on opportunities, projects and customer progression when working with partners
* Works closely with Professional Services, Partner Technical Sales, and Enablement to ensure partner enablement is in place and well executed.
* Ensures regional alignment and oversight of delivery by regional partners to regional customers.
* May perform other duties and responsibilities reasonably attributable to the role

2. Thought leader in the application of their expert-level industry knowledge and understanding of a customer's decision-making process, goals, strategies, and business objectives in relation to implementation
3. Motivates others, leads by example, and sets the tone in their region for achieving objectives.
4. English mandatory, Spanish / French optional.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
5. BA / BS or equivalent educational background is preferred.
6. Minimum 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
