Business Development Manager

You are a dynamic sales hunter with a passion for delivering high-value solutions to industrial customers. You want to bring your expertise and knowledge to build a more sustainable future by driving growth in the market. This role offers you the chance to make a real impact by developing new business opportunities in a challenging market, contributing to company growth within a dynamic commercial team. You will be coached by an experienced Sales leader who is committed to helping you reach your full potential.

**Job Responsibilities:**
• Define prospecting targets and develop new customer portfolio in specific market segments
• Manage key customer relationships, including contract negotiations, closing deals, managing customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Develop and deploy commercial plans and activities, creating forecasts to enable inventory management, financial performance, and service level achievement for key customers
• Support innovation, facilitate product launch, and coordinate new application developments at targeted accounts

**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent
• International experience in sales
• Fluency in English and Italian language skills
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Business development skills
• Excellent knowledge of sales management methods and techniques
• Working knowledge of customer service databases and tools
• Awareness of Engineering Material products or Thermoplastics
• Ability to think strategically and lead
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
• Customer service orientation
