In this role, you’ll support employees and managers across all stages of the employee lifecycle, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help shape a positive workplace culture.About the RoleKey Responsibilities:Focal point for employee life-cycle management, from hiring to offboardingManaging the recruitment process, including recruiting, pre-selection and conducting interviewsDrafting employment contracts, certificates, and reference lettersImplementing and enforcing HR processes and procedures to ensure compliance and promote an inclusive work environmentSupporting and coordinating corporate sustainability initiatives in alignment with ESG goalsManaging and optimizing HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy and process efficiencyMonitoring and tracking employee competencies and skills, organizing internal and external training programs, collaborating in the creation of e-learning modulesSupporting HR team in employer branding initiatives and internal communication activities QualificationsUniversity degree in one of the following fields: HR Management, Economics and Business Administration, Law. Required SkillsThe ideal candidate combines strong academic background with a passion for HR and people development.At least 3 years of proven experience in HR roles within industrial or manufacturing environmentsStrong IT Skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva. Familiarity with digital tools and visual communication platforms is considered a plus.Strong knowledge of HR systems; Oracle HRIS is a strong plusExperience in managing or supporting corporate sustainability programsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAnalytical mindset and proactive approach to problem-solvingFluent in English; other languages are a plus Preferred SkillsExperience in managing or supporting corporate sustainability programs
