Sales Support - Technical Offer Management
We are seeking a motivated professional with a strong technical background and solid English language skills to join our Technical Offer Management (TOM) office. This role supports all Technical Pre‑Sales activities in close collaboration with internal departments.
Your responsibilities and tasks
* Analyze and understand customer requirements
* Interpret and manage mass balance data
* Prepare Production Time Schedules (PTS)
* Select appropriate equipment based on project needs
* Develop layout and P&I diagrams
* Estimate installation and commissioning timelines
* Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Specify equipment features for costing purposes
Your profile and qualifications
* Degree in Engineering or Business‑related disciplines
* Proven work experience in relevant technical or commercial roles, in engineering, equipment manufacturing, or food & beverage production
* Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
* Familiarity with AutoCAD Mechanical and Autodesk Inventor
* Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Project, and Word
* Experience with ERP systems (Stratega or equivalent)
* Willingness to travel (Italy, EU, and beyond)
* Solid technical understanding
* Open‑minded and adaptable to new ideas and business models
* Comfortable working across multiple companies, locations, and cultures
* Dairy industry knowledge (bonus)
