PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Serving as an expert about the structural heart therapy and medical devices for the organization.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Executes activities to meet annual sales, profit, and budgetary goals
•Maintains customer and physician relationships
•Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
•Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
•Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
•Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities
•Implements field based physician and staff training programs
•Facilitates communication among the relevant functions at the investigational site (e.g.interventionalists, echocardiologists) for procedure scheduling and successful clinical outcomes with structural heart medical device
•Provides technical support to clinicians for the procedures with the structural heart medical device
•Calls on referring physicians to present structural heart technology and the study data;
•Acts in compliance with applicable procedures and policies;
EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES
•3+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
•Experience in Medical Devices
•Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
•Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
•Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
•Good knowledge of English (listening and writing)
•Clinical orientation; Presentation Skills; Performance Management; Building Relationship; Ethical Conduct; Results Driven.
