We are seeking an experienced and highly organized F&, B Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our food and beverage operations, with a strong focus on catering services. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient planning, preparation, and delivery of all F&, B activities while maintaining the highest standards of quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day F&, B and catering operations, including planning, logistics, staffing, and the execution of events.Supervise, train, and support F&, B and catering staff to ensure excellent service and adherence to company standards.Collaborate with culinary, sales, and event teams to design menus, pricing strategies, and event packages.Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and cost control measures to achieve financial and operational targets.Coordinate directly with clients to understand their needs, ensure exceptional service, and resolve any issues promptly.Monitor inventory levels, equipment, and supplies, ensuring effective resource management and minimal waste.Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and encourage a positive team culture.Develop, update, and implement operational procedures to enhance overall service quality, consistency, and efficiency.Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and corporate clients. Qualifications &, RequirementsMinimum of 3 years’ experience in F&, B, catering, food service, or hospitality management.Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and large teams.Exceptional customer service orientation with strong problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and F&, B or catering management software.Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
