Responsibilities:
* Assist the Medical Director in patient management.
* Select appropriate dialysis methods, suitable devices, and personalize treatment based on the patient's condition.
* Ensure high-quality patient care through appropriate therapy selection.
* Handle all medical situations encountered during duties, seeking consultations or arranging patient transfers as needed.
* Collaborate with nurses during dialysis sessions, including initiation and termination of treatment.
* Review reports and healthcare activities to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
* Perform medical assessments for patient admissions and complete related formalities.
* Maintain and update medical records for each patient.
Requirements:
* Medical degree with specialization in nephrology.
* Professional registration.
* Knowledge of Italian; English is a plus.
