We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions. /p h3Role /h3 pThe Sales Assistant is the first customer contact for the Commercial Team/Sales Entity and is responsible for the complete order process from lead time quotation to shipment release and delivery to the client. He/She supports all matters related to the Sales process and is the point of contact for Operations and the Commercial Team to ensure a smooth internal process. /p h3Order process /h3 ul liOrder entry for Intercompany Entities worldwide (both not connected to EDI and connected to EDI); /li liLead Time Quotations for standard and customized products; /li liFirst analysis and elaboration of production feasibility against requested date of delivery; /li liCoordination with Operations (Production Planners, Resales Team) to define feasibility and alternative scheduling solutions; /li liProvide the customer with information regarding shipment, volumes, costs, transportation options and other details to define an agreed shipment plan; /li liCoordination with the internal shipping team to plan shipments based on volumes, payments, credit and/or other requirements (e.g. Inspection, vessel departure dates); /li liCompliance and viability check on documentation (e.g. Certificates of Origin, Vendor Declarations, quality aspects, possible Inspection Requirements) and procedures required for order handling and shipment, with possible contacts with Chambers of Commerce, Customs, Finance Department etc.; /li liDelays-postponement handling including system updates and communication to the Customer; /li liProviding Customers with shipping documentation and shipping details (tracking, AWB, etc.); /li liProactive management of delivery time to optimize scheduling and contribute to the achievement of OTD and OTP inventory targets (also through dedicated calls with Customers to manage priorities and solve problems). /li /ul h3Other duties /h3 ul liCustomer account codification; /li liOrganization of pre-shipment inspections (requests to Inspection authorities and documents handling); /li liTechnical support for simple requests and spare parts; /li liNotifications of discrepancy on shipment; /li liDispute resolution and Credit notes requests; /li liLetter of credit (LC) analysis and verification of feasibility with other departments (documents, shipping instructions, due dates, etc.); /li liCoordinate Customer “Witness Test” visits on site by giving necessary support; /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liUniversity Degree /li li1 year experience in similar roles /li libFluency in Italian and English is mandatory /b /li /ul h3Contract and Benefits /h3 pbCONTRACT: /b Temporary - Full Time /p pbBENEFITS: /b 2 days of smart working, company bonus and company canteen /p pJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
