Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the Vezzano plant Quality Department to safeguard and enhance our standards, ensuring top‐notch quality for international partners. You'll steer the quality team across incoming, internal, and customer quality, aligning with Group Quality and plant management. You'll drive strategic quality plans, monitor KPIs, and guide problem‐solving across non‐conformities and audits. You will work closely with cross‐functional teams to develop robust process controls and continuous improvements. This role offers the chance to shape quality culture and impact a global manufacturing operation.
Retribuzione / Benefits Coordinate, manage, and supervise the Quality team (incoming inspection, internal quality, and customer quality) to optimize workflows and identify improvement areas
Define and implement Quality strategic plans in collaboration with management
Ensure alignment with central Quality Management and Method functions
Monitor plant Quality KPIs with other managers and top management
Manage internal and external non‐conformities (customer complaints) and apply problem‐solving methodologies (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys)
Participate in and coordinate product, process, and system Quality audits (internal, external, customers, inspectors)
Oversee finished product sampling process for sales (customer PPAP)
Collaborate with Purchasing and Supplier Quality in supplier qualification (supplier ISIR)
Participate in product and process development, conduct D‐FMEA and P‐FMEA analyses and establish Process Control Plans
Develop and enhance team resources through training needs assessment and development plans
Manage the departmental budget
Responsabilità Proven experience in Quality Management or Quality Engineering in similar environments
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and problem‐solving methodologies
Excellent command of the English language
Proficiency in standard IT tools (Microsoft Office Suite)
Analytical mindset and autonomous decision‐making
