PpWe are seeking a senior ERP Transformation Lead to drive a major finance and operations transformation across multiple European entities. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will define the strategic ERP template, lead the rollout programme, and ensure alignment between business, finance, and local entities. /p pThis is not a technical or hands‑on configuration role. It is focused on process design, governance, transformation leadership, and cross‑functional alignment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3ERP Template Strategy Process Design /h3 ul liDefine and own the Group ERP template for finance and controlling processes. /li liMap current vs. future-state processes, ensuring consistency, governance, and standardisation across European entities. /li liTranslate business and finance needs into a clear functional ERP roadmap (without performing technical configuration). /li liEnsure harmonised processes in areas such as Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash and Purchase-to-Pay. /li /ul h3Transformation Leadership /h3 ul liLead a major finance and business transformation under the steering of the CFO. /li liWork closely with the Accounting Hub to standardise processes, consolidate reporting structures, and optimise workflows. /li liGuide legal entity consolidation from a business process perspective. /li liDrive organisational change management to support adoption across countries and functions. /li /ul h3European Rollout /h3 ul liOversee the ERP rollout from Italy to France, followed by additional European entities. /li liAlign local teams, ensure readiness, and facilitate business workshops and training sessions. /li liMonitor progress, manage risks, and ensure the template is applied consistently across all locations. /li /ul h3Finance Controlling Expertise /h3 ul liProvide leadership and clarity on financial structures, including: /li liChart of Accounts /li liCost centre profit centre frameworks /li liProduct costing and profitability structures /li liValidate high-level solution designs proposed by SAP delivery teams. /li liEnsure quality and coherence of finance processes across S / 4HANA and related systems. /li /ul h3Cross-Functional Collaboration /h3 ul liAct as the bridge between Finance, Operations, and IT delivery partners. /li liEnsure business requirements are clearly represented and understood. /li liDrive decision‑making at steering committees and workshops. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Experience /h3 ul li10–15 years of experience in finance transformation, ERP programme ownership, or process architecture. /li liStrong background in manufacturing or engineering, ideally packaging. /li liExperience leading multi-country ERP or finance transformation programmes. /li liPrior consulting experience (Big 4 preferred, ideally not Capgemini). /li liKnowledge of SAP FI / CO processes from a business perspective (not configuration). /li liExperience defining or harmonising Charts of Accounts, financial structures, and controlling models. /li /ul h3Skills Competencies /h3 ul liStrategic thinker with the ability to design and govern global processes. /li liStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills. /li liAbility to navigate complex organisations, drive consensus, and influence senior stakeholders. /li liExcellent communication, workshop facilitation and change management abilities. /li liStrong financial acumen and understanding of business drivers. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liEnglish : Required /li liItalian : Strongly preferred /li liFrench : Nice to have /li /ul h3Location Travel /h3 ul liIdeally based in Italy /li liOn-site presence required approximately 60% of the time. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
