Job Opportunity: Administrative Assistant with English Language Skills
Adecco Italia SpA, on behalf of a leading company in the furniture sector based in Forlì, is seeking an Administrative Assistant.
The successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues and be responsible for:
1. Accounting entries for the accounts payable cycle
2. Verifying receipt of invoices and matching them with delivery notes
3. Checking supplier balances
4. Year-end adjustment entries
5. Assisting in preparing company reports
6. Supporting the registration and management of company credit cards
The ideal candidate will have a diploma in accounting or a degree in Economics or related fields. Essential qualities include precision, organization, teamwork skills, and proficiency in Excel. Knowledge of English at level B2 is considered a fundamental requirement.
Location: Forlì
Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Data will be processed in accordance with articles 7, 13, and 23 of Legislative Decree 196/03.
