:
- Assemble components according to instructions and using the appropriate equipment such as pneumatic/electric screwdrivers.
- Assemble of components according to instructions and using the appropriate tools such riveters.
- Install parts like absorber or other materials.
- Visually inspects and processes individual products.
- Perform mechanical dimensions check and record the same into a database (by using PC)
- Test products according to work instructions and on appropriate technical equipment.
- Reports defects during assembly and suggests process improvements, collaborates on implementing process changes.
- Works in SAP – scanning components into the system and subsequently systemically stocking finished products.
- Actively adheres to and sets up the so-called 5S.
- Follows safety rules and workplace cleaning rules, adheres to quality principles.
- Performs other related activities as instructed by the supervisor.
- Performs all activities according to the currently completed so-called Skill Block (Operator I SB, Operator II, Operator II SB, Operator III, Operator III SB – according to the respective department).
Requirements, knowledge, and skills:
- Familiarity with work instructions and technical drawing documentation.
- Knowledge and understanding of basic processes on the production line.
- Knowledge of working with production orders/job packs and bills of materials.
- Basic PC skills (SAP, internal programs).
- Manual dexterity.
- Ability print and scan label (barcode)
- Ability to work in a team.
- Advantage: experience with a similar type of production, experience with basic assemblies, basic English
