The Job


Your Responsibilities

* Handling product exchange logistics to ensure the shortest possible procedures
* Updating the internal database with modifications or changes to customer statuses


Your Profile

* English Level C1
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Autonomous, organized, and stress-resistant


Would be a Plus

* Proficiency in a second language (French)
* Previous experience in technical customer service/help desk is an asset
* Ability to diagnose technical problems and identify solutions
* Knowledge of collaborative work software, virtualized environments (CMS, Helpdesk software, GSuite, etc.), SSH consoles, VPNs, and JSON settings
* Knowledge of Audio/Video environments (file formats, streaming formats, connections, encoding)
