Job Summary
The Head of Data Analytics and New Technologies leads our organization’s efforts in leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and spearheading the adoption of emerging technologies. This role is pivotal in defining and implementing data strategies, building a robust data analytics competence center, and ensuring the business remains at the forefront of technological innovation.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership
* Develop and execute a comprehensive data analytics and technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
* Identify and champion the adoption of emerging technologies that can drive innovation and efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed data-driven decision-making across the organization.
* Data Analytics & Insights
* Set up a cross-functional Data Analytics Competence Center, leveraging SMEs from all business areas.
* Oversee the design and implementation of advanced analytics models, tools, and dashboards.
* Establish data governance frameworks, data harmonization, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
* Technology Innovation
* Partner with IT, R&D, and business teams to pilot, implement, and scale new technologies.
* Drive the integration of AI, machine learning, automation, and other advanced technologies into business operations.
* Team Leadership & Development
* Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional team of business process experts, data analysts, data scientists, and technologists.
* Foster an agile culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
* Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members.
* Define KPIs and metrics to evaluate the impact of data analytics and technology initiatives.
* Continuously assess and optimize data processes, systems, and tools for efficiency and effectiveness.
