Contract Duration: 6 months Start Date: May 2026 Working Schedule: Monday to Thursday (08:00–17:00), Friday (08:00–13:00)MissionEnsure on-site supervision and coordination of HSE activities during construction works, guaranteeing compliance with Italian regulations and company procedures.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate HSE activities on site during construction phasesEnsure compliance with applicable HSE laws, standards, and company proceduresCoordinate with subcontractors and site teams on HSE mattersConduct daily toolbox talks and participate in safety meetingsVerify proper use of PPE, equipment, and site documentationMonitor high-risk activities such as excavation, lifting operations, work at height, and hot worksPerform site inspections and audits to identify risks and ensure corrective actionsSupport risk assessments and ensure mitigation measures are implementedManage environmental aspects and emergency response proceduresPromote a strong safety culture across all site personnelEducation & ExperienceDegree or Diploma in Engineering, HSE, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles within oil & gas, industrial, or construction projectsProven experience on site-based HSE supervision activitiesStrong knowledge of Italian HSE regulations (e.g. D.Lgs. 81/08)Certifications such as NEBOSH, RSPP, or equivalent are preferredExperience in similar construction activities (civil works, structural or seismic upgrades) is an advantageFluency in Italian and English requiredProfile Middle East upholds workplace equality.For safety, Eurojobs does not send job-share emails from this page.
