Team Leader: TXT E-TECH is looking for a qualified and motivated Team Leader to lead our software development team. Main responsabilities: Lead a technical team, providing technical guidance and mentoring; Oversee the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions; Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation; Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members; Identify and address technical challenges and risks, proposing valid solutions. Required skills: Proven years of experience as a software engineer, with at least of 2 years in a technical leadership role; Strong proficiency in at least one of the following languages: C++, C#, or TypeScript; Good knowledge of software architecture and in design principles; Experience with agile development methodologies; Good written and spoken English proficiency.
