Team Leader:
TXT E-Tech is looking for a qualified and motivated Team Leader to guide our software development team.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, leadership skills, and a passion for high-quality software development. The role involves leading and coordinating the development team across projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a technical team, providing guidance and support
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software solutions
Ensure adherence to best practices, including coding standards, testing, and documentation
Perform regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Identify technical risks and challenges, proposing effective solutions
Requirements
Proven experience as a Software Engineer, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role
Knowledge of at least one programming language among C++, C#, or TypeScript
Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles
Experience with Agile methodologies
Good command of written and spoken English
Nice to have:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team
