What you’ll do Supporting your assigned tutor, you will: Provide technical support at customer sites, identify and resolve customer issues, and escalate as necessary. Engage in problem-solving by analyzing systems, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to optimize customer operations. Assist with sample testing, light maintenance, customer service, service report generation, chemical ordering, chemical inventory management, and general labor activities. Support Nalco Champion innovations and technologies within strategic district accounts, providing service support to other District Sales Representatives. Travel within your assigned sales territory. Coordinate and troubleshoot technical jobs. What you’ll need? A degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Fluent in English and Italian (native). A valid driver’s license.
