Role Description The Zoho Developer Marketing Automation role at Digital Oriented s.r.l. is a contract, remote position. The Zoho Developer will design, implement, and maintain marketing automation workflows using Zoho tools and related integrations to support lead generation, nurturing, and customer engagement. Day-to-day tasks include configuring and customizing Zoho applications, building and optimizing automated campaigns, and ensuring data is accurately captured, synchronized, and segmented across systems. The role involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, documenting processes, and providing user support and training. The Zoho Developer will also monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve automation processes to increase efficiency and marketing ROI.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Process Automation and Automation to design, implement, and optimize marketing and business workflows.
* Proficiency in Software Development and Programming (e.g., Deluge scripting, APIs, integrations) within the Zoho ecosystem or similar CRM/marketing platforms.
* Experience in Quality Assurance, including testing automation workflows, validating data integrity, and ensuring reliable system performance.
* Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Marketing Automation, or comparable marketing automation tools.
* Ability to analyze marketing and sales requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on documentation and process standardization.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams on-site in Piacenza.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* Familiarity with data privacy and compliance considerations in marketing (e.g., GDPR) is a plus.
