Partner with the best The Painting Production Controller ensures high performance on Painting & Preservation activities by coordinating production schedules coming from different Manufacturing department, managing lead time and optimizing process for efficient operations. In addition, you will closely collaborate with external painting supplier and technical NACE inspector to create synergy with all manufacturing functions, procurement, logistic and HSE. As a Painting Production Controller, you will be responsible for strategic and tactical activities: - Coordinating and making Synergy with Stakeholders for contract issuing & management - Aligning operations with production plan and KPIs - Building cross-functional relationships and address production issues. - Level loading & coordination to maximize BH booths occupation and linearity. - Improving quality and increase productivity. - Ensuring On Time Delivery - When necessary, coordinating the RCA on recurring deviation from schedule to identify long term process improvements. - Building & coordinating periodical reviews to manage the progress of production. - Ensure correct and effective assets strategy. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: - Have an high school diploma or an engineering degree from an accredited university, with manufacturing, assembly or test direct experience. - Be proficient in liaising with the team members to provide detailing on quality requirements and finalization of quality plans. - Have an HSE mindset and prioritize safety in planning and activities. - Be able to plan and execute tasks in a high-paced, changing environment. - Have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to manage multiple tasks, multiple stakeholders, and prioritize workloads. - Have a hand-on and proactive approach and demonstrate leadership with great interpersonal skills.
