This role combines strategic advisory and operational execution with a strong focus on innovation and digital enablement.Location – Verona, ItalyWorking model – on siteKey ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic and technical leadership to boost business growth, focusing on digitalization of services.Develop new commercial opportunities, maintaining and expanding key strategic accounts.Identify solutions for clients business needs.Collating data about the clients business, through different methods.Provide solutions to clients needs with substantial evidence and practicality.Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure profitability and delivery excellence.Provide strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders with clear commercial justification.Skills and experience10+ years experience within the life science sector5+ years consulting / business development experience in a line management positionCompetent knowledge of pharmacovigilance, clinical trials and the relevant regulatory landscape.Proven ability to identify commercial opportunities and drive revenue growth.Experience leading end-to-end strategic consulting projects.Literate in the use of IT and digital technologiesFluent English speakerDegree or Master's level education in relevant field
