We are looking for a smart, passionate and driven IT Enterprise Operation Specialist willing to work in an adaptive organization joining our Group IT Team.
What you will do
* Defining the projects scope, deliverables, and requirements giving his/her contribute to identify the best solution in the Operation (production – purchase – scheduling&procurement) area;
* Working in a team composed by internal and external IT resources;
* Ensuring the implementation of guidelines defined by the Company for the overall projects;
* Create and maintain the documentation;
* Delivering on time and on budget;
* interaction with multiple stakeholders (business end users, IT colleagues, IT suppliers) to provide them with:
Regular project progress updates, including detailed plans, upcoming milestones, identified risks, and mitigation strategies;
Functional and technical analyses to support decision-making processes and ensure alignment with business objectives;
* Second or third level support in case is needed in the specific area.
Who you are
* Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering or Computer Science, or related scientific disciplines;
* Experience in a similar role at a consultancy firm or information systems department in manufacturing companies;
* Knowledge of company processes (sales, purchases, production, logistics-warehouse);
* Knowledge of ERP system, Infor will be consider a plus;
* Knowledge of SQL database/query and XML language will be consider a plus;
* Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies;
* Good knowledge of implementation methodologies through all its phases;
* Familiarity with Cloud architecture;
* Willingness to continuously learn and adapt;
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
* Proficient written and spoken English;
* Willingness to travel occasionally throughout the year.
