Job Purpose The primary role of the Direct From Supplier Specialist is to review all Dealer CRM Requests for the assigned country, managing dealer requests promptly. He/she acts as a reference point for all logistics requests/support for main direct suppliers and is responsible for resolving issues blocking passive invoice flow. Key Responsibilities Analyze, communicate, and support the Direct From Suppliers business across European countries. Manage the onboarding of new suppliers to create additional business opportunities. Other Main Activities Manage a portfolio of dealers and enhance dealer satisfaction to improve sales. Process and track orders, proactively seek missing parts, and manage shipments. Handle returns and claims processing. Support dealers, importers, and internal teams on logistics matters. Design and improve processes for managing the Direct From Supplier business. Experience and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Business-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Accuracy, prioritization, and knowledge of SAP, PDW Datawarehouse, CSPS-Spare Parts System, ERP systems. Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn. Strong customer relationship skills internally and externally, with ability to work cross-functionally. Ability to work under pressure, problem-solving skills, accountability, and results-oriented behavior. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
