About the role
As
Media & Communication Specialist – Adventure
, you will be a key voice of Alpinestars in the adventure motorcycling world.
You will connect our products, riders, and values with test riders, ambassadors, media professionals, and the global adventure community, amplifying authentic stories from the field and reinforcing Alpinestars’ leadership in adventure riding.
Your Responsibilities:
Express the Alpinestars narrative, translating performance, protection, and innovation into compelling stories
Actively engage with the global adventure motorcycling community, attending events, rides, trade shows, and product activations
Strengthen Alpinestars’ visibility, credibility, and emotional connection within the adventure segment
Monitor trends, emerging media platforms, and cultural movements in adventure riding.
Ensure clear, consistent, and authentic brand messaging across all media and rider touchpoints
Develop and maintain strong relationships with international motorcycle magazines, journalists, digital platforms, and industry opinion leaders
Manage press activities including product launches, press releases, media kits, and editorial opportunities
Coordinate and support media tests and field experiences, ensuring premium brand representation
Serve as the main communication link between Alpinestars and test riders, ambassadors, and key partners
Collect real‑world riding feedback and convert insights into meaningful communication content
Support and align ambassador storytelling with brand strategy and product positioning. xjrgpwk
Requirements:
Solid background in media, communications, PR, or marketing, preferably within motorcycling, outdoor, or performance apparel industries
Established network within motorcycle media, journalists, and adventure riding communities
Strong storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to communicate technical products in an engaging way
Solid understanding of motorcycling culture and rider expectations
Experience working with journalists, riders, or brand ambassadors is a strong asset
Comfortable representing a global, premium brand in both professional and grassroots environments
Proficiency in English is mandatory (C1), a second language will be a plus
Willing to travel and participate in riding activities and product testing.
