Overview
Otis is looking for a TECNICO ASCENSORISTA in Rome to maintain its elevator portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Perform 100% of elevator maintenance and service visits in the assigned territory.
* Manage the portfolio of elevators in the defined geographic area.
* Respond proactively and quickly to correct faults, aiming for first‑attempt repairs.
* Execute small repairs to ensure continuous operation.
* Maintain direct contact with the customer onsite to build a good working relationship.
Qualifications
* Technical high school diploma or equivalent.
* Valid driver’s licence.
* Holder of the elevator plants licence.
* At least one prior experience in the elevator sector.
* Good electric and electronic skills.
* Safety‑oriented professional.
* Good communication skills.
* Curious, adaptable, able to work autonomously or in a team.
* Comfortable using electronic and digital tools.
