WHAT WE LOOK FOR

We are looking for a Helpdesk IT – Backoffice to join our team on a tempo parziale or stage basis, working on-site or in hybrid mode (office/facility and remote work) in Avezzano (AQ), Italy .

Requirements
\n
- University degree is not mandatory if the candidate has a minimum level of experience
- High school diploma as IT Technician (Perito Informatico)
- English level: minimum B1+
- Strong passion for IT and system administration
Technical skills required:\n
- System Administration
- Windows Server
- Linux Server (Ubuntu / RedHat oriented)
- Networking
- TCP/IP fundamentals
- NAT / NAT forwarding
- Firewall configuration
- VPN, Proxy, DMZ concepts
- Virtualization
- Preferably Proxmox and/or VMware
- LAMP Stack (Backend)
- Linux
- Apache
- MySQL
- PHP
- (Theoretical knowledge is acceptable)
WHAT YOU WILL DO\n
As Helpdesk IT, you will be responsible for:

- First and second-level IT support
- Technical backoffice and ticket management
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows and Linux systems
- Support in managing network infrastructure
- xpdaelo Troubleshooting activities on systems, networks and virtual environments
- Supporting server and backend service management
