Join Revolution Foods as a Human Resources Business Partner, working closely with our Southern California leadership team to drive HR strategy, support a workforce of approximately 200 employees, and help advance key organizational priorities.
This is a high-impact role with a strong focus on employee relations, compliance, workforce management, and change leadership. You’ll bring structure, insight, and empathy to help build and support a high-performing, values-aligned workplace culture.

* Coach and empower employees and leaders to foster alignment and engagement
Experience, Execution, And Excellence
* Lead employee relations and workplace investigations with fairness and integrity
* Manage workforce processes and provide hands-on HR support at all levels
* Ensure compliance with California employment laws and HR best practices
* Lead and support change management initiatives aligned with business goals
* Demonstrate intermediate Excel skills for workforce analytics and reporting
* Use HRIS systems (UKG preferred) to manage employee lifecycle activities
A Trusted Advisor and Strategic Partner
* Support both salaried and hourly teams with inclusive and scalable HR solutions
* Collaborate with Corporate Counsel and senior leadership on complex issues
* Anticipate workforce risks and implement proactive strategies to address them
* Foster cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency and engagement
What We’re Looking For
* 3–5 years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations and investigations
* Experience supporting a workforce of 200+ employees across hourly and salaried roles
* In-depth knowledge of California employment law
* Fluency in both English and Spanish (required)
* Experience with HRIS systems
* Proven ability to lead change, build strong relationships, and work in fast-paced environments
* Proficiency with intermediate Excel for data reporting and analysis
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on HR experience
* Must be available to work onsite five days a week
Schedule: 5 days onsite
* 2 days/week: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
* 3 days/week: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $72,000 - $102,000
