About Business Unit:
Within the PAYBACK Marketing team - responsible for the marketing strategy and execution for the PAYBACK loyalty card members - we are looking for Digital Marketing Junior Analyst reporting to the Online & Retail Communication Executive.
As part of this team, this person will be supporting the execution of the Communication Mission with the goal of improving awareness, consideration, appreciation and activation of the PAYBACK services and features.
PAYBACK is a 100% owned American Express company and it is a multi-partner, global loyalty and engagement platform running its business in Italy since 2014.
Key activities will include:
1. Developing and delivery of content for a variety of communication channels (site, app, partners’ digital channels, point of sales, partners’ channels) with a special focus on newsletter channel; write, review, edit and proofread content
2. Collaborate with different partners in the planning, creation, and launch of communications
3. Analyze, evaluate, and report on performance of communications activities across all touchpoints; make recommendations based on findings/opportunities discovered
4. Build strong, collaborative relationships with key cross-functional partners, including third-party Partner, CRM, Legal, Compliance, Operations Teams.
Desirable Qualifications/Skills & Experience/Language Requirements:
5. Good Knowledge of Digital Communication and Marketing levers
6. A passion for communications, telling stories, and engaging audiences, especially in a digital environment
7. Outstanding, meticulous verbal and written communication skills, both in Italian and English; ability to optimally communicate complex information to multiple audiences
8. Good project management skills being able to prioritize multiple activities with tight timelines
9. Partnership-building ability and stakeholder management skills
10. Team playing spirit, whilst able to take initiative and work independently
11. Proactive approach and ability to work autonomously and take initiative
12. Highly proficient in creative software, specifically Microsoft PowerPoint
13. Creative thinking, flexibility, and the ability to lead, drive, and measure change
14. Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and other video editing, image processing and optimization tools - is a plus
15. Previous experience in similar roles in Digital and Communication is a plus
