Latina is a leading centre of excellence in sterile liquid production, with a strategic investment plan to become one of Europe's foremost hubs. /p h3Your key responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and implement TPM programs to ensure equipment reliability. /li liRoot Cause Analysis to identify and resolve equipment failures and chronic issues. /li liCollaborate with multi-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize maintenance processes. /li liAnalyze performance data to identify trends, predict failures and develop proactive maintenance strategies. /li liProvide technical support and training to maintenance and production staff on TPM tools. /li liLead and participate in TPM workshops, kaizen events, and other continuous improvement activities. /li liDevelop and maintain documentation, including One Point Lessons, Work Instructions and maintenance plans, based on failure data. /li liMonitor and report on key performance indicators (critical metrics i.e. MMTR, MTBF, UPDT, ) related to equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness. /li liFull CMMS management: configuration, SOP, data update, activities planning and scheduling, asset creation/decommissioning /li liSpare parts warehouse management /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Industrial Engineering (Chemical, Process, Mechanical). /li liMinimum of 2 years of experience in a reliability engineering or maintenance role, preferably within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. /li liKnowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies. /li liProficiency in using maintenance management software and data analysis tools (EAM preferred, but any other CMMS is fine). /li liKnowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations related to maintenance activities. /li liWorking knowledge of Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP). /li liItalian fluent and good knowledge of English (Level B1/B2). /li /ul h3Your motivation /h3 pAre you looking for new challenges in a highly competitive environment?
