KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
* Develop brand awareness and desirability for Castello di Casole through compelling storytelling, press coverage, and social media visibility.
* Execute a cohesive communication strategy that aligns with both divisional and property‑level goals, enhancing the hotel’s market positioning.
* Support an ambitious communications plan, measuring KPIs that will increase property visibility among new and existing audiences.
PLANNING, EXECUTION & COORDINATION
* Collaborate with the Divisional Communications team to develop and implement property communication plans that align with global business objectives.
* Partner with the hotel’s General Manager and Heads of Department to seamlessly integrate communication strategies into daily operations.
* Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication to ensure maximum visibility of all property activities.
MEDIA & KOLS RELATIONS & EVENTS
* Manage relationships with media outlets and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), proactively expanding the media database.
* Pitch journalists for editorial placements and organize press visits to enhance property coverage.
* Oversee press materials (press releases, news updates, press kits) and respond to media inquiries.
* Coordinate and support the organization of on‑property events, developing relationships with new partners and curating guest lists to meet targets.
SUPPORT SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATION STRATEGY
* Work closely with the Divisional Social Media Managers to ensure consistent communication across all digital platforms.
* Assist the Divisional Social Media teams in growing the brand advocate community by building relationships with content creators and photographers.
* Support the Marketing team as a key liaison for on‑property photo shoots and the execution of marketing projects.
LINE MANAGEMENT
* Provide leadership and coaching to the Communications and Events Coordinator, fostering training and career development.
REPORTING & ANALYSIS
* Monitor and analyze media coverage, events, and initiatives, providing regular reports to key stakeholders.
OTHER
* Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and cultural shifts to inform communication strategies.
* Model Belmond’s core values and ensure compliance with the company’s Code of Conduct.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations or communications, preferably within the hospitality industry.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, even under pressure.
* Strong understanding of the luxury hospitality market and its nuances.
* Ability to build collaborative relationships across various teams and disciplines.
* Creative storyteller with the ability to deliver compelling media results.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills.
* Passionate about excellence and delivering high‑energy results.
* Fluent in English and Italian.
* Willingness to travel and relocate to Tuscany.
