We are looking for a
Vehicle Integration Programs Manager (Accessories)
to lead the
definition
and
deployment of end‐to‐end processes
that enable accessories to be seamlessly integrated into the vehicle lifecycle.
The mission of this role is to make accessories selection and purchasing
as smooth and intuitive as vehicle option selection
, while ensuring industrial feasibility, governance and scalability across different production and distribution scenarios.
You will work at the crossroads of
engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, purchasing and IT
, playing a key role in turning complexity into scalable programs.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
In this role, you will:
Define and manage the
end‐to‐end program framework
for accessories vehicle integration, including governance, processes, documentation and scalable deployment playbooks.
Design and deploy
standardized dealer installation processes
, enabling accessories to be ordered as vehicle content and installed at the dealer, with full synchronization across vehicle and accessory orders, invoicing and customer experience.
Define and manage
in‐plant, end‐of‐line and compound integration processes
, ensuring alignment with industrial constraints, quality standards and scalability requirements.
Lead
pilot programs
across the European perimeter, defining scope, milestones, KPIs, risks and mitigation plans.
Coordinate execution and ensure
structured reporting
on operational performance, revenue impact and contribution.
Develop
business cases and program enablers
, including ICT tools, traceability solutions and reporting interfaces.
Drive strong
cross‐functional alignment
, working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, ICT, Finance, Parts & Services and other stakeholders.
WHO YOU ARE
You are a structured and impact‐driven professional who enjoys managing complexity and delivering scalable solutions. You bring:
8+ years of experience
in Project or Program Management, Business Development or Operations, preferably in automotive or industrial environments.
Strong experience in
vehicle programs
, with exposure to industrial, plant or logistics processes.
Proven capability in
process design, standardization and governance
within complex, cross‐functional contexts.
Experience in launching pilot projects and supporting
industrial and commercial scale‐up
.
Solid project management skills (planning, milestones, risk management, structured reporting).
Ability to build
robust business cases
(budget, expected revenue uplift, deployment enablers).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in a
matrix organization
.
Fluent English
;
Excellent knowledge of
Microsoft Office tools.
