Key Responsabilities - Conceptualize and create visually compelling and effective advertising campaigns. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, designers, and marketing professionals, to bring ideas to life. - Lead and inspire a team of graphic designers, ensuring the highest standards of creativity and design are met. - Develop and maintain visual guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all platforms. - Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and design tools to enhance creative output. - Present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders with confidence and articulate design rationale. Desired Skills & Experience - Proven experience as an Art Director in an advertising agency setting. - Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful campaigns and projects. - Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
