We are looking for: A Plant Senior Controller who will be responsible for operational support to the management team of the plant and various initiative and project teams within the Business Unit. Interaction with: Plant Management & Plant teams Site Jr Controller Industrial Controller Segment Finance teams / Corporate controlling Dashboard & Analysis Platform ( other teams ) SBS / P2P organization ( Broader than GBS ) F2G/Excellence Centre We count on you for: Ensure prerequisites: Follow closely internal developments within the GBU perimeter (financial structures, KPIs, etc.) Maintain updated knowledge of the concepts, content and tools of the financial databases Leading in budget & other forecasts: Lead the Site Leadership Team with information from own perimeter relevant for the preparation of the budget, the rolling forecast and the ABC ranking (mainly fixed cost, variable cost, Capex, inventories and other performance KPIs) Leading analysis, validation and reporting of business information, including proposals and advice for decisions: Financial and non-financial data, available in ERP, to control and analyze the performance against scorecard Excellence savings and non-quality costs Reliability of cost accounting key figures and/or P/L reporting Analyze costs and variances on yields and consumptions Inventory impacts (inventory turn reserves) Collect local business information to submit accruals when material You will bring: 8 years, in industry context Knowledge of SAP, Business Warehouse, Anaplan is a plus Bachelor or Master in Business, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering Fluent English; Fluent in Portuguese ( proficiency in Italian a plus ) Previous controlling experience ( preferably site manufacturing ) Working knowledge of Accounting Strong leadership skills Strong communicator with financial and non-financial collaborators Ability to work with complex business analytics Ability to synthesize complex issues into actionable activities Capacity to anticipate future trends and developments Additional information: Minimum of 50% onsite presence in our plant required Our client is a spin-off science company developing groundbreaking solutions that enhance the way we live, work, travel and play.
