Are you curious about retail business performance and passionate about numbers? Join our Financial Planning & Analysis (Finance team) and gain hands‐on experience in analyzing store performance in a leading retail company!
What you'll do:
- Analyze the economic and operational performance of our stores;
- Collect and consolidate data from multiple internal systems;
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management;
- Perform variance analysis versus budget and forecast;
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Retail teams to ensure data accuracy;
- Support business reviews with actionable insights.
What we're looking for:
- Degree or final‐year student in Economics, Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field;
- Strong Excel skills and good knowledge of PowerPoint;
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and management control;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Team player with a proactive, curious mindset;
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
