Synopsis
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting employees through the entire lifecycle. You will collaborate with teams across departments to align talent strategies with business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include partnering with managers to understand business goals and design HR strategies that support performance, engagement, and growth. This involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from defining role requirements to sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Talent Development
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing HR data and metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement. They will also support career development plans and collaborate on initiatives to strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and internal communication.
Employee Relations
You will deal with employee relations, ensuring a fair, inclusive, and legally compliant work environment. This includes liaising with HR Administration, Legal, and Finance teams on employment-related matters.
HR Projects
The HR Business Partner will contribute to HR projects and help establish corporate policies for the Italian market.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 4 years of experience in an HRBP or generalist role is required, preferably in the fashion, retail, or creative industries.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR best practices is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required, as is the ability to build trust across levels. Fluency in Italian and English is necessary, both written and spoken. A proactive, collaborative, and culturally sensitive mindset is also essential.
