Issuing purchase orders to suppliers for construction raw materials and customized items (e.g., packaging) Updating the forecast plan with suppliers on a monthly basis (rolling forecast) Managing purchase orders from Project Cards Handling sample orders and creating related item codes Issuing printing system orders for customized materials Verifying order confirmations received from suppliers Analyzing and monitoring the order portfolio Entering and managing supplier price lists, info records, and source lists Checking supplier payment status Sending documentation for material approval sheets Analyzing required materials for weekly/monthly production planning Managing unloading slot bookings (call-offs), balancing weekly workloads Analyzing stock levels in compliance with target values Supporting the receiving warehouse with incorrect/incomplete documentation, packing lists, etc. Managing return procedures for non-compliant goods in coordination with Quality Control and Administration Managing subcontracting activities with third‑party suppliers
Profile
Approximately 3 years of experience in the role of Buyer within a manufacturing environment, even if limited Ability to manage procurement processes for technically complex products Good knowledge of English, capable of engaging in technical and professional discussions Experience with advanced ERP systems (preferably SAP) and a strong inclination to work within structured process frameworks
