He / she will work closely with project team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. /ph3Principle Job Responsibilities /h3ulliManage the scope of work allocated, ensuring completion within the time, budget and cash targets while optimizing the margin for the company. /liliInitiate a project: develop a Project Execution Strategy, ensuring resource availability and allocation; develop a detailed overall project schedule (plan), updating it to reflect progress and optimize work and resolve problems. /liliUse appropriate metrics (including financial) to track project performance. /liliCoordinate all activities for the allocated scope including engineering, procurement logistics, erection and commissioning. /liliManage claims and change orders to / from customers and sub-suppliers during project execution. /liliManage the relationship / communication with the client and all stakeholders. /liliManagement of risks and opportunities by the implementation of appropriate action plans with the aim to minimize project risks and improve the project margin. /liliCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation according to the company procedure processes. /liliReport and escalate to management as needed. /li /ulh3Education /h3pDegree in Engineering and / or Business Management or High school graduation /ph3Specific Knowledge And Skills /h3pAs a project manager, it is requested to follow a standard process, as defined by the Project Management Institute (refer to table 1).
