Job Title : Project Quality Manager
Job Description : Mission
Experience with offshore platforms.
Plan and implement the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) activities within the project.
Plan and ensure the implementation of Project Quality Control (QC) activities.
Report project data and information to the Company Quality Manager in line with corporate guidelines.
Act as the focal point for quality matters within the project and liaise with external entities.
Tasks
Define and implement the PQMS, including the preparation and distribution of Project Quality Plans and procedures according to the Company QMS.
Maintain the integrity of the Company QMS during project changes.
Monitor the correct implementation of the Project QMS through quality audits and report findings.
Promote contractual quality requirements within the project organization.
Requirements
Conduct external audits of vendors and subcontractors' QMS.
Allocate and manage quality resources across the project in coordination with relevant quality functions.
Support the Project Manager in client and authority relations concerning quality matters.
Participate in project management meetings to ensure coordination of quality activities.
Activities
Prepare and issue QC specifications, coordinate checks with technical departments and clients.
Ensure quality requirements are incorporated into contractual documents with vendors and subcontractors.
Oversee site QC activities, including monitoring of QC tools and management of nonconformities.
Promote actions to prevent or address non-conformities, investigate issues, and analyze causes.
Implement quality training and promote awareness of quality requirements and initiatives.
Collect and analyze quality data, lead quality reviews, and manage lessons learned.
Ensure customer satisfaction processes are in place.
Report project data to the company's Quality Manager and keep quality reporting tools updated.
For drilling activities, supervise and verify subcontractor inspections and reporting.
Qualifications : Directive PED pressure equipment directive and Atex certification.
Technical Knowledge : Offshore platform quality control.
