As a Senior Functional Data Analyst in the Data Analysis and Reporting Automation team, you translate business needs into actionable data models and reports to support strategic decisions in banking. You bridge business and IT in a regulated environment, ensuring data quality and compliant reporting across BI platforms. You shape dashboards, validate data through UAT, and evolve BI infrastructure to meet changing stakeholder needs. This role offers impact through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration in a digital, innovative bank.

* Elicit and document reporting needs and KPIs from business units; translate requirements into data models and reporting solutions
* Collaborate with technical teams to implement BI solutions and data structures
* Design and structure dashboards and reports using BI platforms (IBM Cognos) with focus on clarity and business alignment
* Coordinate UAT, define use cases, and validate data accuracy and functionality
* Maintain and enhance BI infrastructure and metadata layers (e.g., Cognos Framework Manager); optimize existing reports
* Monitor evolving business needs and propose new views, reports, or KPIs to support decision-making
* Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations (GDPR, Basel); document data governance practices
Responsabilità
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or IT with strong quantitative background
* Proficiency in BI tools (IBM Cognos Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
* Strong SQL and relational database modeling (Oracle, SQL Server); IBM DataStage a plus
* Solid understanding of data warehouse/data lake architectures, ETL/ELT processes, data integration tools (Informatica, SSIS, Talend)
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
* Advanced MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) for analysis and prototyping
* Fluency in English
* 5-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role
* Experience in banking or related Planning & Performance, BI, Finance is a plus
