Job Description
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst with around 5+ years of experience, a strong background in Supply Chain projects, and solid SAP knowledge. You will act as a key interface between business and IT, translating business needs into functional and technical solutions, especially in warehouse and integration contexts.
Your missions
* Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements in Supply Chain projects
* Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
* Analyze and optimize existing business processes and IT systems
* Write functional specifications, user stories, and documentation
* Support solution design, testing phases, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
* Contribute to warehouse systems integration and related flows
* Ensure alignment between business needs and IT solutions
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices
Your profile
* Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role
* Strong background in Supply Chain projects
* Good knowledge of SAP
* Proven experience working on IT or digital transformation projects
* Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies
* Expertise in warehouse integration
* Fluent English and Italian (spoken and written)
* Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Strong analytical xjrgpwk skills, autonomy, and problem-solving mindset
* Structured, adaptable, and comfortable in complex environments
* Availability to be on-site in Milan once per month
