Position
Durante questi 6 mesi di stage, opererai all'interno del team Logistico a Quarona/Borgosesia. Avrai l'opportunità di sviluppare competenze specifiche nell'area Logistica, ti formerai per essere intraprendente nel:
- Gestire spedizioni e la documentazione necessaria;
- Cooperare con magazzini interni ed esterni;
- Gestire vettori e spedizionieri per finalizzare i ritiri e identificare la soluzione di trasporto più adeguata.
Job responsibilities
Ti interfaccerai con il servizio clienti, il team del magazzino e gli altri uffici LP, analizzando le richieste, suggerendo possibili soluzioni, assistendoli e informandoli sullo stato delle spedizioni o su eventuali problemi.
Nello specifico, durante questo stage sarai coinvolto nelle seguenti attività:
- Preparare documenti di trasporto, fatture e tutta la documentazione necessaria a supporto dell'export;
- Gestire spedizioni e richieste di trasporto;
- Pianificare i ritiri delle merci con vettori, corrieri e spedizionieri coinvolti;
- Effettuare il follow-up delle spedizioni;
- Gestire i reclami;
- Gestire e richiedere preventivi per spedizioni speciali;
- Verificare le fatture dei servizi gestiti.
Profile
- Laurea Triennale/Diploma di scuola superiore, preferibilmente in ambito logistico o tecnico-commerciale o esperienza equivalente
- Ottime capacità comunicative e di presentazione
- Capacità di gestire più attività contemporaneamente
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
