Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work as a local HR expert in Italy, handling complex people-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for maintaining client employee relationships, handling employee onboarding, transfers, relocations, and offboarding, verifying payroll calculations, and providing daily consulting and client relationship support.
The ideal candidate will have international HR professional experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment, familiarity with European labor laws, particularly in Italy and surrounding countries, and fluency in English. Additional European languages such as German or French are a plus.
You will enjoy working with people, possess a strong service mindset, and thrive on listening to and helping others solve problems. The ability to provide effective solutions in complex situations is essential.
* Maintain client employee relationships and handle all complex people-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle
* Verify payroll calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Provide daily HR consulting to clients, maintain client relationships, and resolve cross-border employment issues
* Admin support: generation of reports, employment verification letters, HRIS administration
