As a Customer Solution Engineer, you will provide our international customers with services related to our solutions NetEye. You will play a key role in ensuring customer success and satisfaction. Responsibilities : Troubleshoot our solutions in heterogeneous customer environments, with opportunities to learn about cutting-edge technologies. Identify product improvements and discuss them with our agile product and development teams. Identify new opportunities to extend the adoption of our NetEye solution. Collaborate with R&D, Consulting, and other teams to share knowledge continuously. Requirements : Passion for open source technologies like Linux, Elasticsearch, Icinga, InfluxData. Experience with usage and basic administration of Windows and Linux / Unix operating systems. Comfortable with command-line interactions on each platform.
