We are an international, diverse and fast-paced organization with strong industrial roots and an ambitious transformation agenda. /p pBe the local HR partner and a driver of HR process excellence /p pThis role will act as the primary HR contact at plant level, partnering closely with the Plant Manager and local leadership team, while being fully integrated into the Italian HR team. Beyond the local HR agenda, this role will also play a key part in consolidating and strengthening HR administrative systems and processes across the Italian cluster, contributing to standardization, governance and operational efficiency. This role reports to HR Manager Italy. /p h3Your Mission /h3 ul liAs HR Business Partner – Plant HR Operations, you will: /li liAt Plant Level – Business Partnership People Leadership /li liAct as the trusted HR partner to the Plant Manager /li liSupport leadership effectiveness, organizational stability and performance culture /li liEnsure consistent implementation of HR policies and practices in line with local legislation and company standards /li liBe the main HR contact point for managers and employees at the plant /li liYou will coordinate and support the following HR processes in alignment with the Italian HR team: /li liRecruitment selection /li liTalent identification and retention support /li liLearning development coordination /li liEmployee relations social dialogue (conflict management, disciplinary processes, interactions with employee representatives) /li liPayroll coordination and labor administration follow-up (in close collaboration with the country HR structure) /li liAbsenteeism monitoring and workforce data analysis /li liOnboarding offboarding processes /li liHR reporting and local compliance /li liSupport audits and certifications from an HR perspective /li liAt Cluster Level – HR Operations Process Consolidation /li /ul h3In addition, you will: /h3 ul liContribute to the harmonization and standardization of HR administrative processes across the cluster /li liSupport improvements in payroll governance, HR reporting and master data accuracy /li liHelp streamline HR workflows and approval processesParticipate in HR transformation initiatives (digitalization, process alignment, data consolidation) /li liAct as a bridge between plant realities and cluster HR operational standards /li liThis makes the role both operational and structural: close to the shopfloor, but also contributing to building a more robust and scalable HR organization. /li /ul h3What Makes You Successful in This Role? /h3 pYou combine solid HR operational experience with a structured, improvement-driven mindset. /p h3You bring: /h3 ul liStrong partnership skills with plant leadership /li liThe ability to operate in industrial environments with pragmatism and resilience /li liSolid knowledge of employee relations and labor law /li liAttention to detail in administrative and payroll-related processes /li liAnalytical mindset and confidence working with workforce data /li liA structured approach to process improvement /li liThe courage to address difficult topics constructively /li liHands‑on attitude with strong ownership /li liA collaborative spirit, as part of a broader HR country team /li /ul h3Required Skills and Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role within a multinational manufacturing or industrial environment /li liProven experience in employee relations and labor law /li liExposure to payroll and HR administration processes /li liExperience contributing to process standardization or HR operations improvement is a plus /li liFluency in English is required /li liSolid MS Office skills; experience working in evolving HR systems environments is an advantage /li /ul h3Why adapa? /h3 ul liA dynamic and international environment /li liA company in transformation, where HR plays a key role in shaping structure and performance /li liThe opportunity to partner closely with business leaders while building scalable HR processes /li liA culture focused on collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement /li /ul pIf you enjoy being the HR partner at plant level while contributing to stronger, more efficient HR operations across the cluster, this is your place. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
