PpbContract: /b Full-time, Permanent /p h3Role /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced and passionate Electronic Hardware Designer to take ownership of the hardware development for various robot subsystems. You will face challenges related to miniaturization and power density: designing boards that fit inside the robot's limbs, managing high currents for motors while ensuring clean signals for sensors, and guaranteeing reliability and thermal performance. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pYou will manage the entire hardware lifecycle, from specification definition to board bring-up in the lab: /p ul liMotor Control: Design of high-power density motor driver boards (BLDC/PMSM), with a strong focus on thermal management and efficiency. /li liAdvanced Sensing: Development of analog and digital interfaces for tactile sensors, force/torque sensors (strain gauge conditioning), and encoders (absolute/incremental). /li liPower Management: Design of Power Distribution Units (PDU) and internal robot power architecture. /li liBattery Management System (BMS): Development and integration of electronics for battery pack management, cell balancing, and safety. /li liPCB Design Layout: Preparation of PCB notes for the routing (multilayer, HDI, rigid-flex) ensuring Signal Integrity and Power Integrity. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent. /li li3-5+ years of experience in electronic board design (schematic layout), preferably in automation, automotive, or robotics. /li liECAD Tools: Proficiency in Siemens Xpedition is highly preferred. Solid experience with PADS Professional or Standard is also a plus. /li liLab Skills: Autonomy in prototyping, soldering, debugging, and using lab instrumentation (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, signal generators). /li liStrong foundation in analog, digital, and power electronics. /li liAvailability to travel nationally and internationally is expected. /li liHigh-Speed/Computing: Previous experience designing boards with MPSoC (e.g., Zynq/UltraScale+) or FPGA. /li liKnowledge of industrial communication buses (EtherCAT, CAN/CAN-FD). /li liFamiliarity with EMI/EMC compliance standards. /li /ul h3We Offer /h3 ul liTechnological Challenge: The chance to design hardware that doesn't just "work," but moves and feels. /li liGrowth: Work closely with mechanical and control experts, expanding your skills in an integrated mechatronic approach. /li liEnvironment: An informal, fast-paced, and meritocratic startup context driven by Agile methodologies. /li liCompensation: Competitive salary and contract (CCNL Metalmeccanico) commensurate with experience. /li /ul h3Disclaimer /h3 pWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. We evaluate all qualified applicants solely on the basis of merit and business needs, without distinction or discrimination based on gender, race, color, ethnic or social origin, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
