Responsibilities:
* Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco collaboration tools (CUCM, CUBE, Gateways, UCCx)
* Support and maintain Webex Cloud services (Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center)
* Monitor voice and video service performance
* Collaborate with network, security, and systems teams to ensure end-to-end service stability
* Contribute to improving processes and configurations (no architecture design required)
* Provide operational support for existing collaboration environments
Skills / Must Have:
* Experience with Cisco Collaboration tools (CUCM, CUBE, Gateways, UCCx)
* Hands-on Webex Cloud experience (Calling & Contact Center)
* Familiarity with VoIP protocols: SIP, H.323, MGCP
* Solid understanding of networking basics (IP, switching)
* Troubleshooting skills in enterprise environments
* CCNA certification (required)
* Strong communication, initiative, and teamwork
