Job Title: Supervisory Management and Program Analyst
You will serve as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst in the Naval Supply Systems Command at NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR SIGONELLA.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
1. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service, or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
2. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
* Applying workforce management principles, hiring practices, and HR processes to analyze data.
* Conducting reviews, ensuring all requests for personnel actions are processed to completion, and developing status reports and briefings for senior managers.
* Assigning work to subordinates based on priorities, considering the difficulty and requirements of assignments, and the capabilities of employees.
* Providing leadership in developing, implementing, evaluating, and improving processes and procedures to monitor effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of the program segment and/or organization.
