Keep Buck Mason Running Smoothly as a Stock Coordinator!
Are you the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps everything running smoothly? As a Stock Coordinator at Buck Mason, you'll manage our inventory to ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and ready for customers.
Responsibilities:
* Inventory Management: Receive and process incoming shipments, organize and store inventory, and conduct regular inventory counts.
* Replenishment: Keep the sales floor stocked and notify management of low or overstock situations.
* Operational Support: Assist with store opening and closing procedures and support sales associates during busy periods.
* Daily Operations: Maintain the shop's aesthetic and cleanliness, and respond proactively to unexpected circumstances.
* Stockroom Organization: Maintain organization, cleanliness, and best practice standards for the stockroom.
* Back Stock Management: Establish and maintain organization of back stock apparel and accessories.
* Replenishment & Shipment Processing: Replenish the sales floor from back stock and prepare shipments by steaming, hanging, or folding items.
* Compliance: Perform all duties in line with company productivity and visual standards.
* Supply Management: Notify the Store Manager in advance of supplies needed (hangers, sensors, pins).
* Shipment Handling: Open, sort, and prioritize all incoming shipments with managerial guidance.
Required Skills:
* Comfortable navigating a computer and using POS software.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Excellent multitasking abilities.
* A positive attitude and pleasant demeanor.
* Ability to work on a variable schedule, including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Here at Buck Mason, we value transparency and fairness, especially regarding compensation. The base salary range for this role is $17.50-$21 per hour. Total compensation may include bonuses and other perks based on performance and dedication.
